About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a senior quality assurance adminstrator.

Document Management QA (DMQA) team performs quality reviews to ensure document standard procedures are followed and quality product is being delivered to Document Management customers. We also partner with

operations to help identify, research, resolve and report all discrepancies related to quality findings. Document Management quality team is focused on providing feedback and quality trending to our customers (Operations) as well as our business partners.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide support and scoring guidance quality assurance staff by answering questions on regulations or compliance, procedures, policies
  • Escalate key maintenance errors identified during scoring process and ensure resolution of same, reviewing programs, processes, documentation, to ensure compliance with internal company requirements or government regulations
  • Review systems to ensure company standards are met, exceptions are notated, and issues escalated as necessary
  • Assist in development and design of product specific databases
  • Review and score work
  • Prepare calibration score and facilitate calibrations across the team to ensure consistency of quality scores delivered to clients
  • Monitor quality assurance programs and processes to identify gaps and risk assessment
  • Design and conduct training for as needed
  • Provide coaching to staff and track performance expectations and results
  • Make final scoring decisions on disputes which impact quality results
  • Interact with staff and business partners to promote team work and departmental effectiveness
  • The role of QAA3 is to perform audit of the work completed by the Operations team members.
  • He / She needs to possess good knowledge on the subject and have a keen eye for detail while performing the job responsibilities.
  • Team member is also responsible to perform the audit the auditor responsibility, do MIS reporting, perform training and feedback.
  • Besides performing audit, the team member is responsible to provide the root cause analysis of the errors marked for the trends to be looked at by the business partners

• Performs a variety of Quality assurance operational tasks for the low to mid complex processes or functions

• Partner with operations to help identify, research, resolve and report all discrepancies related to quality findings

• Coaching, training and mentoring new joiners/existing team members

• Ability to innovate by simplify the process, eradicating waste and eliminating duplication of work

• Exercises some judgment within guidelines

• Ability to connect with LOB partners on conference calls/understand updates etc.

• Considered a subject matter expert on operational issues related to process or function

• Actively lead projects through to implementation including the delegation and direction of work among other project team members

• Acts as escalation point for less senior processors for complex issues or transactions, providing training as needed Essential Qualifications

• University degree in Business or related discipline

• Mortgage industry experience preferred

• Experience of at least two years in Document Management

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

• Good analytical skills with eye to details

• Fluency in English and Strong communication skills both written and spoken

• Flexible with working in US operational hours i.e. India night shifts

• College graduate, preferably in Commerce
