Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst as a part of Commercial Banking Operations division. Learn more about career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

  • Utilize practices to perform advanced quality assurance and self-assurance activities including comprehensive reviews of multiple types of executive office transactions and case review quality assurance activities in support of federal, state, agency, legal and regulatory requirements
  • Perform advanced, comprehensive regulatory or high-risk reviews of multiple types of executive resolution transactions and case reviews within multiple inventory types
  • Identify risk and problem areas and recommend improvement
  • Evaluate case intake, distribution, research, communication and resolution
  • Ensure customer issues are addressed while maintaining compliance with internal company requirements and standards and agency or government regulations
  • Ensure identified risks or problems are clearly documented and interact with appropriate parties for timely resolution
  • Perform second-level reviews
  • Mentor less experienced colleagues and assist with their development
  • Ensure corrective action on exceptions and problems identified
  • Provide guidance to teams regarding documentation and resolution requirements
  • Communicate overall process or transaction quality
  • Provide feedback to appropriate contacts regarding identified material deficiencies or issues including identification of inconsistencies
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • System knowledge demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: Loan IQ, AFS, FRED, RELMS, nCino, CBOSS, SharePoint, reporting, training, Excel, review and interpretation of complex legal documentation
  • Product knowledge demonstrated through one or a combination of the following Lines of Business: Corporate Real Estate [CRE], Syndications (Agency), International
  • Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of customers, team members and management
  • Leadership skills including coaching, training, and mentoring
  • Knowledge and understanding of loan documentation
  • Ability to recognize service possibilities that will increase customer satisfaction
  • Sound analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to apply knowledge of processes and systems to accomplish tasks
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Listen, understand, respond, and build relationships across the organization.
  • Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
