In this role, you will:

  • Lead delivery team and work with business leaders, other stakeholders and SMEs to ensure success against funded and prioritized outcomes
  • Articulate product vision, definition, goals, and direction for teams to design/develop/ deliver technology and processes for well-established technologies/vendor relationships
  • Engage in continuous discovery with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Technical Leads, and Architects to contribute to and influence overall product vision and roadmap to convey desired outcomes through the product backlog
  • Drive requirements, incorporating product expertise and industry/ competitor opportunities
  • Lead backlog prioritization
  • Adjust planning in situations that may include financial, control, or process roadblocks
  • Inspect pre-release progress, recommends changes, and ensures timelines are met
  • Ensure cross-functional dependencies are articulated, managed, and addressed by all constituents
  • Enhance/monitor key performance indicators and identifies improvement opportunities while ensuring all regulatory and compliance needs are met
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Product owner experience in the financial industry. Experience with trading tools for Equities, Fixed Income and Syndicate products experience in the wealth management industry preferred
  • 3+ years of Agile experience in writing user stories and leading refinement with a Scrum team
  • Experience articulating and capturing requisite data needed to determine measurable business impact (in the form of OKRs/KPIs) for the business area
  • Facilitation and collaboration skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements among diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities
  • Demonstrated experience identifying issues and partnering with peers in technology to identify and implement strategic solutions in alignment with leadership priorities
  • Experience working with Jira
  • Experience creating PowerPoint presentations from established designs to present to senior leadership
  • Experience working in a flexible work environment to support key team members and partners various time zones and locations
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Job Expectations:
