  • Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to leverage your Artifactory experience and join our Enterprise Pipeline (CI/CD) team within our Chief Technology Office (CTO).
Department Overview:
  • Secure Network Transformation and Innovation (SNTI) is responsible for network innovation, strategy development, driving key technologies and initiatives, site reliability and network lab management. This position is open with the SNTI automation team who is responsible for providing automation solutions for network testing and system reliability engineering operations. The Automation team works collaboratively with lab infrastructure, site reliability and networking tower teams to automate network device configurations, device certification for upgrades or patch fixes and is also responsible for automating redundant Service Reliability Engineering (SRE) operations like device software and configuration management, compliance testing and reporting.

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Network Engineer- E911

Job Expectation:
  • The purpose of this program is to test and remediate 911 dialing capability across the Wells Fargo footprint and to attain compliance with Enhanced 911 regulations in multiple states.
  • The Enterprise 911 Services group seeks a highly professional Business Systems Consultant with effective communications and business analytical skills to join the innovative Enterprise 911 Services - Enablement Support Solutions team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Acts as an internal Enhanced 911 (E911) consultant and/or liaison between Wells Fargo Bank and national E911 Service Provider - Intrado by planning, conducting and directing the development, review, acceptance and transition of pertinent E911 information into the Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) automated systems.
  • Support and partnering with multiple E911 Project Teams throughout all phases of the E911 Enablement - Factory Model (Discovery, Design, Enablement and Transition to Operations) to insure accurate and timely completion of scheduled project activities and deliverables, as directed by the Enterprise 911 Services - Enablement Support Solutions (ESS) Team Lead. To include downloading and modifying facility floor plans, distributing and verifying E911 Assessment Forms, designing and mapping E911 Emergency Response Locations (ERLs), developing E911 test plans & scripts, and updating various Wells Fargo systems/SharePoint sites and tools with validated E911 Implementation results.
  • Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing resolutions and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements
  • Assist with onboarding and provide training to less experienced staff and resolve questions for other project team members or operational support teams
  • Gather and track monthly metrics for group and provide a monthly summary by project to ESS Team Lead
  • Update, procure, and provide Emergency Location Identification numbers (ELINs) for entire E911S team in coordination with Intrado.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining existing and future documentation
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis and/or design.
  • Experience working in an environment requiring strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate skill level with all Microsoft Office Suite applications (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio) and MS SharePoint
  • 2+ Years of business analysis, process development or technology management experience in a telecommunications environment
  • Knowledge of E911 State regulations or guidelines
  • 3+ Years directly supporting or managing Telephony Systems (PBX, KTS, etc.) within medium to large enterprises
  • 3+ Years directly supporting or managing Cisco VoIP or Cisco Network infrastructure within medium to large enterprises
  • Previous experience with Wells Fargo preferred to include knowledge and application of Wells Fargo Technology Project Methodology
Desired skills sets:
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability and experience working with multiple groups/project teams to meet team objectives
  • Good technical knowledge, telecom/telephony enablement or enhancement experience preferred skills sets:
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience using Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Good documentation skills
