Wells Fargo's Strategy, Digital, and Innovation (SDI) organization is seeking a Senior Manager of Digital Process and Workflow Execution. This individual will manage a team responsible for digital process improvement & workflow execution. Ensures seamless execution of digital initiatives by designing, managing, and optimizing workflow activities, progression gates and operational routines that drive efficiency, compliance and business impact. Creates a culture of continuous process improvement throughout the organization, not limited to systems and tools, may also include training & teammate skill enhancement partnering with the Digital Academy. In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop teams of digital professionals, supporting the development and execution of digital strategy within a business line or functional area
- Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners and peers associated with the function or affected by its outcomes
- Identify and recommend opportunities for programs and initiatives with impact across the business line and may have impact beyond the business line
- Determine appropriate strategy and actions of the team to meet moderate to high-risk deliverables
- Interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with moderate complexity within scope of responsibility
- Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including senior managers
- Interact directly with external customers
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in aligned department or business group
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
- 6+ years of digital product management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
- Digital product roadmap & process execution expertise
- Process management: strong understanding of workflow automation, tools, and continuous improvement
- Governance & Compliance: ability to implement structured execution controls while balancing agility
- Cross-functional Collaboration: proven ability to work across various teams and resolve execution blockers
- 5+ years of experience in digital operations, execution management or product management
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (i.e. JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of digital product lifecycle management and execution models
- Not eligible for visa sponsorship
- This opportunity provides a hybrid work schedule at one of the posted locations
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$144,400.00 - $300,000.00
