In this role, you will:
- Drive system implementation on behalf of TCO team, working collaboratively with Technology and other Business Management Teams
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related automation and system design that enhances efficiency, while ensuring functionality in line with stakeholders' needs with continued improvement in the area including ongoing identification of new deals and data/information that require consideration with TCO process
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise with integrating systems with existing and newly developed division tools, existing data streams and ensure feed into all relevant downstream systems
- Manage annual training program and ongoing communication with banker population to ensure conflicts risk management remains "top of mind"
- Work collaboratively with CIB Reputational Risk Program to determine any enhancements where processes overlap, including resolving potential or actual conflicts with transaction opportunities to help mitigate risk
- Assist in broader data and automation projects which will assist in feeds for TCO usage
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 7+ years of experience in Transactional Conflicts working with transactions within Banking, Markets, and Commercial Real Estate
- Ability to develop technology solutions to improve work efficiency
- Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate between various teams and businesses
- Ability to build and develop strong relationships across senior leaders and control partners
- Excellent communication skills and ability to distill issue(s)
- Ability in assessing situations and determining appropriate resolutions
- Ability to perform research and diligence
- Experience with automation and system design that enhances efficiency
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
- Ability to work outside of regular business hours
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$138,500.00 - $287,600.00
