About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Testing Specialist (Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant) responsible for the planning and execution of business and system testing for the Offer Management product to ensure quality in the processes and technologies supporting marketing campaigns and offer fulfillment for the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of testing methodologies and tools, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving high-quality outcomes in highly integrated and complex environments.
In this role, you will:
- Partner with Offer Management Product Leadership on planning, design, and execution of end-to-end testing across multiple applications, both internally developed, and third party hosted.
- Establish testing standards and common methodology for Offer Management product.
- Partner with L2 product team members to carry out testing for new product features and releases.
- Participate in agile meetings and ceremonies to under user stores and testing needs.
- Assist L2 team members and partner teams with the generation of data for testing purposes.
- Define the end-to-end test strategy and test plans, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical architecture, and release timelines.
- Establish best practices for testing within an agile environment - including the role of unit testing, end-to-end testing, UAT and regression testing across the implementation lifecycle
- Determine the role of automation tools and frameworks for creating and maintaining automated test scripts
- Manage testing defect triage meetings, root cause analysis, and resolution in collaboration with development and support teams.
- Review user stories and acceptance criteria for individual test scenarios.
- Manage and guide junior testers, ensuring quality standards are met across the QA team.
- Document processes and procedures.

- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 7+ years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on end-to-end systems and complex workflows.
- Experience leading end-to-end testing initiatives in Agile/Scrum or DevOps environments.
- Experience of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive accountability and influence without authority.
- Experience with automation tools such as iCEDQ, ValueEdge, or similar.
- Proficient in writing SQL queries for data validation across systems.
- Experience in testing APIs using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or REST-assured.
- Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening.
- This role offers a hybrid work schedule.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$139,000.00 - $239,000.00
