About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Process Engineer.
In this role, you will:
- Work as an experienced level process consultant who will organize, lead, and facilitate large scale companywide strategic redesign projects
- Ensure effective relationships among the design teams
- Identify complex analyses and apply results to initiatives that support recommendations for optimal approaches; including proposed technology, staff and structure changes, and cost estimates
- Partner with executives and more experienced managers companywide to help define the business strategy
- Create and execute corresponding business plans and initiatives
- Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal customers
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

- 7+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- This role with be the central point of contact for all things automation related for the Consumer Lending Process Engineering team. That will include but is not limited to:
- Facilitating PE access to each platform
- What, Where and How to get training
- Understanding the Citizen Developer program, policy and process
- Maintaining training resources and appropriate documents
- Training program documents
- Monitoring adherence to appropriate policies and procedures
- Experience with one or more of the following automation or AI tools:
- Alfresco - Light Workflow
- Celonis experience
- Microsoft Power Suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Alteryx experience
- Dynamics 365 experience
- AI tools (Tachyon, Co-Pilot) experience
- This person will manage the cohort training and calendar
- Ability to report on progress
- Interface with management team to provide updates and escalate issues
- Person will be expected to learn and use tools as appropriate and may have their own portfolio of engagements applying automation
- Should be at least a Lead Process Engineer or equivalent with experience in doing and implementing process improvements.
- Have a strong understanding Six Sigma and Lean methodology and a proven track record of successful implementation. Black Belt certification or process experience required.
- Ability to work with senior leaders presenting and advising is critical. Strong relationship building skills.
- Someone with an understanding of Consumer Lending organization, processes and leadership is preferred.
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$111,100.00 - $217,200.00
