About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Executive Director Senior Lead Information Security Analyst supporting Third Party Risk Management.
In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for writing and maintaining Technology Third Party Governance (TTPG) internal and external audit and exam narratives and responses
- Maintains TTPG documentation, procedures, policies, and control content
- Develop narrative in support of metrics and reporting to showcase who, what, when of data
- Support development of internal and external communications in accordance with Wells Fargo standards
- Develop narrative to support closure materials for formally documented issues
- Maintain control inventory and oversight of control procedures, ensuring health of control environment
- Support delivery teams in support of control updates and inquiry to controls and documentation
- Work as an advisor to more experienced leadership to influence technology matters to develop programs that are effective and efficient for highly complex business and technical needs across one or more lines of business
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in depth evaluation across multiple lines of business or the enterprise
- Deliver solutions that are long term, large scale, and which require understanding of organizational goals or priorities and technology to develop executable strategies and plans
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions related to technology matters that are large scale, cross functional, or companywide
- Engage with the technology team and more experienced leaders to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business and for execution of operational processes
- 7+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 7+ years' experience internal and external audit and exam readiness
- 7+ years' experience writing audit and exam responses
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage relationships effectively
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to present complex data in clear, concise text
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to work on-site in a hybrid model in one of the locations listed on the job posting.
- Maintains TTPG documentation, procedures, policies, and control content
- Develop narrative in support of metrics and reporting to showcase who, what, when of data
- Support development of internal and external communications in accordance with Wells Fargo standards
- Support development of presentations to senior leadership and executives, to facilitate conversation on strategic business priorities, decision, and approach.
- Support ad-hoc specialty projects, including assessment, planning and execution.
- Manage integrations across multiple technology systems, operations, and/or processes.
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$159,000.00 - $279,000.00
