Senior Lead Information Security Analyst - Executive Director
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a highly experienced Cybersecurity champion who will report directly to the Business Information Security Officer (BISO) / Technical Information Security Officer (TISO) leadership. This role will provide hands-on experience to support the BISO/TISO mission of proactively driving down risk and managing / owning the cyber posture for the CIO teams / lines of business. As a Cyber Senior Lead Information Security Analyst, you will be part of a team of cyber professionals that share a passion for cyber risk management and solutioning cyber challenges and will be supporting a key area of business and technology for their cyber security needs.

- Provide oversight to the Information Security program for a major line of business.
- Provide cyber context to business issues, and provide business and CIO perspective back to cybersecurity.
- Participate in and represent cyber in senior stakeholder meetings.
- Lead cyber risk reduction activities for the specific line of business through applying a deep understanding of cybersecurity domains and providing clear and actionable guidance.
- Work with the BISO/TISO represent each Cyber domain through deep understanding of cybersecurity, cyber risks, priorities and initiatives.
- Proactively work to support the cybersecurity needs of the CIO teams through anticipating risks, and proactively providing solutions to address challenges.
- Work with BISO/TISO leadership and team to consistently demonstrate a hands-on approach, proactive engagement, diligent and focused on delivering commitments aligned to cyber strategic, tactical and operational priorities, and bi-directionally with the lines of business and CIO teams.
- Collaborate and influence throughout all levels including more experienced managers.
- Consult the organization on complex security issues and findings.
- Evaluate and interpret internal and companywide information security policies, processes, standards, and participate with more experienced leaders in decision making on information security.
- Engage with all levels of professionals and managers companywide and serve as an experienced advisor to leadership.
- 7+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years of experience focusing on cyber security risk management principles
- Experience working in a BISO office for a dynamic and highly-regulated organization
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or equivalent.
- Deep expertise in one or more key cyber domains.
- Well versed experience and knowledge across all key cybersecurity domains.
- Demonstrate clear, articulate written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of financial services/banking industry.
- Travel up to 10% of time.
- Ability to work on-site in a hybrid model in one of the locations listed in the job description.
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$159,000.00 - $305,000.00
