About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to join the program team as part of the Core Banking Modernization group within Consumer and Business Deposits. We are seeking a talented individual to oversee products and solutions that service the core banking modernization journey. This individual will collaborate with and influence business partners and leaders to drive core banking modernization for the enterprise to completion. These roles are critical in shaping the foundational systems that power how we manage customer information, accounts, transactions, and applications across the bank.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs in support of core banking modernization efforts
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
  • Coordinate highly complex activities and provide guidance to others
  • Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant product plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact to our banking systems
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Financial services experience preferably in the deposits space.
  • Knowledge and understanding of product or program management: development of roadmaps, strategies, and management of products ranging from concepts in ideation through to market delivery.
  • Detail oriented with solid analytics and insights skills and the ability to synthesize data to make decisions.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver high impact presentations to senior leaders that leverages data to convey a meaningful story.
  • Self-starter with high energy and motivation who works well independently and can lead cross-functional teams including corporate executives, channels, marketing, operations, technology, and other business partners.
  • Proven track record of delivering results
  • Strong sense of urgency and results oriented with the ability to motivate teams and mobilize resources.
  • Ability to create strategies and build products and solutions tailored to unique customer needs.
  • Experience working in an Agile organization.
  • Strong relationship management, influencing, operational and execution skills with a proven ability to influence, educate and advocate for an idea or vision and gain alignment.
  • Ability to visualize, articulate, and solve problems.
  • Strong ability to assess market and competitive conditions and to develop creative, break-through approaches supporting improved customer experiences and operational efficiencies.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$159,000.00 - $254,000.00
