About this role:
The Enterprise Risk Program Office is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant.
In this role you will drive front line enterprise program standardization and enablement:
- Support and maintain the standard operating approach for Front Line Enterprise Programs, clarifying centralized vs. decentralized program enablement activities to ensure efficient, consistent execution across all programs.
- Lead enterprise-wide change management initiatives related to program enablement by identifying and managing systemic cross-program processes and risks, recommending enterprise-level solutions, and aligning with related programs (e.g., RCSA, Issue Management, Enterprise Policy Office, Compliance, Change Management, Supply Chain, Regulatory Relations, Audit, New Business Initiatives, and various Root Cause Analysis processes across the company) to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, controls, and technologies through coordinated procedures, roles, and responsibilities.
- Make decisions on enterprise procedure design and updates that impact program execution across the organization.
- Own the preparation and readiness for audits and independent testing, including evidence management and action plan tracking that impact the Program Enablement team within the Enterprise Risk Program Office.
- Make decisions that ensure enterprise programs are audit-ready and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor the portfolio of enterprise programs, identifying interdependencies, and opportunities for synergy and control rationalization.
- Facilitate executive-level decision making by providing clear, actionable insights and options for complex program challenges.
- Make decisions on policy interpretation and implementation, escalating complex compliance and operational risk issues to senior leadership as needed.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize program execution, reduce risk, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain and update Program Office templates, procedures, guidance, and program onboarding materials; coordinate education sessions for program owners and front line stakeholders, ensuring evidence of attendance and currency of materials.
- Lead the deployment of new Front Line Enterprise Programs post-onboarding, assisting executive program owners with finalizing operating models, implementation roadmaps and leveraging initial assessment outcomes and best practices across front line programs.
- Lead high-impact offsite meetings comprised of executives and their teams, facilitating strategic discussions and driving consensus on key program decisions that shape enterprise priorities and outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale transformation that spans multiple business groups, with the judgment to navigate complex interdependencies and deliver enterprise-level solutions.
- Mastery in program standardization and enablement (templates, procedures, guidance, onboarding), with the discipline to maintain artifacts, run education sessions, track currency/attendance, and measure adoption outcomes.
- Portfolio mindset to monitor cross-program interdependencies, identify opportunities for control rationalization and synergy, and sequence change for minimal disruption and maximum risk reduction.
- Executive presence and influence without authority to align Executive Program Owners, Control Executives, Independent Risk Management (IRM), and other cross-functional leaders on operating models, procedures, and timelines.
- Skilled facilitator for high-impact executive offsites and decision forums, driving consensus on priorities and shaping enterprise outcomes; adept at structuring materials, decisions, and follow-through to closure.
- Clear, concise communication (verbal/written) tailored to senior audiences; able to translate complex risk/program topics into business language and defensible positions for leadership and oversight partners.
- Hands-on leadership of enterprise change initiatives (people, process, technology), including stakeholder analysis, adoption planning, communications, training, and benefits realization to ensure durable outcomes across multiple programs.
- Ability to deploy new Front Line Enterprise Programs post-onboarding, finalizing operating models, implementation roadmaps, and applying best practices learned across programs.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$139,000.00 - $239,000.00
