About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to join our Merchant Services Business Enablement and Marketing team within Consumer Lending. This individual contributor will help develop and lead a division-wide strategy for ensuring our front-line sales teams and support staff are appropriately trained, will partner with Learning and Development to execute training strategy with relevant curriculum, and define training requirements across the entire line of business. This skilled consultant will assess training inventory, identify and address gaps, and provide high-quality learning opportunities. In this role, you will:
- Own current state analysis, including business requirements, current training inventory and quality assessment
- Collaborate and partner across the business to understand and support learning solutions for all of Merchant Services
- Prepare training material, and facilitate select business-specific programs
- Manage curriculum inventory inclusive of course content and comprehensive reviews to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Ensure Merchant Services' growth and transformation initiatives receive appropriate training support
- Leverage your industry expertise to assess opportunities for deployment of new learning tools in alignment with available WF Enterprise resources and in partnership with Learning and Development
- Collaborate and consult with SMEs, Legal, Risk, Compliance and Control partners in developing plans, policies, and procedures
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Financial Services industry experience, preferably within Merchant Services and/or Payment Processing
- Experience in learning strategy, training, people readiness and driving adoption
- Experience with change Management
- Client relationship management experience
- Strategic planning experience in translating leadership vision into executable strategies and initiatives enterprise-wide
- Experience developing and delivering sales and product training programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience presenting complex concepts in a manner that persuades, educates and enhances understanding at all levels
- Excellent planning, organization and execution skills and the ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively across all levels of the organization
- Experience collaborating with multiple senior-level managers, executives, and subject matter experts
- Ability to provide leadership by coaching, training, and mentoring
