About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a highly motivated individual with deep experience advising senior leadership and leading cross-functional teams on high impact business strategies and initiatives. This specific role is focused on driving National Branch Network compensation philosophy and Incentive Plan design ensuring alignment to our strategy, monitoring effectiveness and employee feedback, building training and communication plans in partnership with relevant owners and stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large scale solutions
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
  • Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
  • Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with financial services or branch network operations, with an understanding of how incentive structures impact frontline performance and customer experience.
  • Exceptional executive-level communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders through clear, concise, and strategic messaging.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and data visualization skills, with experience creating compelling presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights for executive audiences.
  • Strategic mindset with a strong business acumen, capable of aligning incentive design and compensation strategies with broader organizational goals.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, particularly in matrixed environments, with a track record of driving alignment and execution across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess program effectiveness, interpret feedback, and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement enterprise-wide communication and training strategies, particularly in support of change management or new program rollouts.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$139,000.00 - $260,000.00
