Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant - Incentive Compensation

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to join our HR Total Rewards Incentive Compensation Center of Excellence. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the effective design, implementation, and oversight of incentive compensation policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will become a subject matter expert (SME) on the ICRM Policy and IC Design procedures, and will be responsible for leading updates, responding to regulatory requests, and overseeing various controls.

In this role, you will:

Responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance and execution of various enterprise level controls in support of the incentive compensation plan design and administrative processes. Work closely with other HR professionals and support partners responding to regulatory requests associated with the Incentive Compensation Risk Management Policy (ICRM) and developing materials and presentations for associated work. Additionally, the consultant will partner with Corporate and Investment Banking Line of Business (LOB) leadership and applicable stakeholders as an internal consultant to strategize, develop incentive compensation plans that are risk balanced and in alignment with line of business goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will partner with various teams to identify opportunities for automation, improve effectiveness, and streamline controls.

A successful candidate will demonstrate leadership skills in driving projects end-to-end partnering with HR employees, line of business leaders and other internal stakeholders. Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution associated with incentive compensation design and administration that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions. Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans. Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership. Provide direction to a cross-functional team using business expertise.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience leading projects in a face-paced environment with the ability to be a go-to resource.
  • 5+ years experience with Incentive Compensation programs within Human Resources
  • 3+ years experience with RCSA process
  • 3+ years experience of communicating with and for regulatory request
  • Forward thinking with the ability to solve problems
  • Attention to details with a focus on executing effectively.
  • Organizational skills to prioritize tasks.
  • Knowledge of Corporate and Investment Banking policies
  • Experience with ownership and execution of Controls and Procedural documentation
Job Expectations:

Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$139,000.00 - $239,000.00
