About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Financial Crimes Operations (FCO) Operations Strategy & Change Delivery (OSCD) team. The Operations Strategy & Change Delivery team drives change across Financial Crimes Operations by providing change management support to strategic, operational, process, procedure, and technology-driven changes.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges related to Business Execution that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Business Execution, and understanding of business, delivering longer term and large-scale solutions
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership for implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale and cross organizational
  • Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
  • Provide direction to a cross-functional team using business expertise
  • Lead strategic execution of regulatory change across Financial Crimes Operations (FCO), ensuring leadership visibility from initiation to completion
  • Develop and implement standardized reporting across organizational levels to track change lifecycle progress
  • Establish and manage routines to ensure consistent execution and communication across Business Groups, Control, Technology, IRM, Legal, and Audit
  • Identify and escalate implementation challenges, proposing solutions for leadership consideration
  • Apply an enterprise mindset to assess change impacts across processes, stakeholders, and business groups
  • Partner with FCO stakeholders to confirm operational readiness for successful change execution
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with Financial Crimes and KYC Operations processes and procedures
  • 3+ years experience with change management across functions and organizations
  • Experience in process management or program management
  • Experience in risk management, audit, RCSA, and regulatory compliance
  • 3 years of project management
  • Experience supporting regulatory enforcement actions or financial crimes initiatives
  • Strong working knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and applicable Corporate Policy requirements in order to identify areas of risk and issues for the LOB and/or provide credible challenge.
  • Knowledge and understanding on Control Programs including Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), executing the RCSA (risk identification, risk assessment - inherent/residual, and control design and Issue Management.
  • Strong communicator with proven ability to simplify complex topics for executive audience
  • Skilled in developing and tracking performance metrics
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Collaborative partner across business and functional areas
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Build strong stakeholder partnerships across lines of defense
  • Connect topics across the organization to assess end-to-end impact
  • Translate complex data and insights into clear, actionable messaging

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$139,000.00 - $239,000.00
