About This Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant in the Enterprise Root Cause Analysis Office to define and drive overall business insights for Enterprise Complaints, Remediations, and Loudspeaker (ECRL). This role focuses on root cause analysis and actionable insights for complaints, Loudspeaker, redress, and remediations. A key aspect of the role is the ability to create executive-level content and deliver impactful presentations.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Stakeholder Communications & Executive Content Creation: Develop and present OC/OC+1-level findings and recommendations in a clear, concise manner. Track and report the impact of root cause insights, demonstrating how the work reduces repeat issues, improves customer experience, and generates measurable efficiencies.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate across business and functional teams to recommend actions that address root cause process breakdowns and provide long-term, cost-effective solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with analytics, reporting, business, technology, and other stakeholders to support research efforts that highlight themes and weaknesses, and uncover actionable insights. Work with leaders to interpret findings and build go-forward plans.
  • Research, Data Collection, Analysis & Insight Generation: Investigate process, people, and technology breakdowns contributing to root causes. Conduct reviews and interviews with process owners to identify root causes and generate business insights. Leverage data and reports to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Strategic Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, offering expert guidance and interpretation of findings.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent, demonstrated through one or more of the following: work experience, training, military service, or education.
Desired Qualifications
  • Enterprise Complaints & Remediation Expertise: Hands-on experience with ECRL processes, including navigating complex complaint ecosystems, driving resolution strategies, and leveraging insights to improve customer outcomes and enterprise practices.
  • Executive Communication & Impact Reporting: Proven ability to create and present findings and strategic recommendations to OC/OC+1-level stakeholders in a clear, concise manner, including tracking and reporting impact.
  • Root Cause Solution Development: Experience partnering across teams to develop long-term, cost-effective solutions that address process failures and improve operational outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled in working with diverse teams to support research initiatives, identify themes and weaknesses, and uncover actionable insights that inform strategic planning.
  • Analytical Research & Insight Generation: Strong capability in conducting process reviews, stakeholder interviews, and data analysis to identify root causes, trends, and patterns, and translate findings into clear business insights.
  • Strategic Advisory to Leadership: Recognized as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing expert guidance and interpretation of complex findings to support decision-making and future planning.
  • Leadership Influence & Advisory Skills: Ability to influence executive leadership through strategic counsel and data-driven insights.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$139,000.00 - $239,000.00
