About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant within the Data, Analytics and Reporting (DAR) team in support of Global Operations. DAR is the team leading the transformation of Global Operations data and analytics capabilities, driving the modernization of our platform and adoption of ML and AI techniques. DAR provides our Operations partners with analytic insights, data visualization, reporting, and decision support aimed at driving efficiencies, mitigating risk and enabling fact based decisioning in pursuit of achieving business objectives.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive Strategic Impact: Partner with senior leadership to shape and execute high-visibility initiatives that influence the direction of Global Operations.
  • Solve Complex Challenges: Lead the resolution of multifaceted business execution issues using deep analytical expertise and a holistic understanding of business dynamics.
  • Champion Innovation: Spearhead the design and implementation of scalable, cross-functional solutions that leverage emerging technologies and data capabilities.
  • Facilitate Decision-Making: Lead steering committees and working groups to align stakeholders, guide decisions, and ensure successful execution of strategic plans.
  • Influence Across the Enterprise: Engage with leaders across multiple lines of business, serving as a trusted advisor and thought partner.
  • Lead with Vision: Provide direction to cross-functional teams, translating business needs into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience managing complex projects and driving process improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated success in consulting, business analytics, or project leadership roles.
  • Skilled in gathering business requirements and bridging business-technical gaps.
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for execution and continuous improvement.
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to work on site per Wells Fargo's standard operating model in the listed location (hybrid schedule).
  • This position is NOT eligible for VISA sponsorship.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$139,000.00 - $239,000.00
