About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Communications Consultant reporting to the head of Business Communications for Global Operations. This role leads the development and execution of integrated internal communications strategies, content, and creative approaches that drive engagement and bring to life high priority initiatives across the organization. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional peers to deliver compelling communications and engagement projects that support our evolving business priorities.
In this role, you will:
- Design, implement, and continually refine comprehensive internal communications strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable outcomes for Global Operations.
- Provide both strategic counsel and hands-on support for proactive and reactive business priorities, ensuring timely and effective delivery of key messages across various audiences.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in business communications, building strong relationships with stakeholders and leaders across all levels of the organization.
- Develop unique, original, and impactful internal content tailored to specific audiences, objectives, and desired outcomes, using creativity and business insight to inform messaging.
- Ensure all communications and creative assets adhere to brand guidelines, verbal standards, compliance and privacy regulations, and web policies.
- Own the content delivery process for a variety of publishing platforms and internal communications channels, coordinating review and approvals as needed prior to publication.
- Partner closely with communicators supporting corporate, business lines, functions, and other internal partners to co-create communications plans that reflect diverse perspectives and business needs.
- Conduct research, gather creative input, and apply measurement frameworks to assess content effectiveness. Continuously refine creative approaches to optimize engagement and drive results.
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 7+ years of Management Consulting, Strategic Consulting and Communications
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-collaboration abilities.
- Ability to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience developing digital content strategies aligned with overall business and marketing objectives.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the capacity to adapt style based on audience and objectives.
- Comprehensive proficiency in content strategy, including message development.
- Proven experience creating integrated communication strategies.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality control in all communications.
- Understanding of Global Operations business lines and functions.
- Familiarity with SharePoint.
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
- Ability to work on site in a hybrid role.
