About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Facilitator in Human Resources as a part of Talent Management and Learning. For additional information on this line of business, refer to the external Careers Site at www.wellsfargojobs.com .

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver standard and complex training material for several courses including various banking credit topics and multiple components (e.g., new hire, refresher, process, product or systems, and customer experience skills) to a diverse audience through directive teaching methods to help individual contributors and middle to more experienced managers develop crucial job skills
  • Provide direction and support business leaders of various levels of experience on functional learning strategy
  • Use advanced knowledge of general learning and development programs to understand the interconnectivity and business impact of various learning solutions
  • Provide one on one or group coaching to assist in the learning of new skills
  • Acts as a mentor and peer coach to new and tenured Learning and Development Facilitators
  • Act as site training point of contact and lead low risk initiatives including implementation
  • Partner with instructional design team to recommend modifications to keep functional course content current and to enhance programs, resources, and tools
  • Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced individuals
  • Interact with immediate team, functional area, and internal peers outside work group on wide range of information, as well as with internal and external customers

  • 4+ Years of Learning and Development Facilitation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ Years experience and/or knowledge of banking credit
Desired Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience facilitating classroom training (virtual or in person) in a corporate setting
  • Experience successfully utilizing technology to deliver or facilitate training in a classroom environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles
  • Ability to lead, train, and provide feedback to staff and corresponding managers
  • A demonstrated focus on coaching and mentoring
  • Strong classroom presence and facilitation skills with a dynamic presentation style
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
  • Experience with virtual training technologies such as TEAMS, SKYPE and ADOBE connect
  • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Job Expectations:
  • Successful completion of multiple credit certifications including Moody credit certifications
  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
  • Flexibility to work different shifts
