About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Activation IC (Senior Change Implementation Coordinator) in Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) as part of Enterprise Functions

In this role, you will:

• Support product builds on Core Treasury Management products
• Work with multiple Lead ICs on customer requests
• Ensure that products are completed according to established timelines
• Collaborate with downstream partners on implementation tasks
• Utilize a multitude of systems and processes to perform product builds
• Ensure customer implementation data is accurately captured and recorded, and services are correctly set up
• Remain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines and new surroundings
• Proactively identify and resolve problems/issues
• Support change implementation by identifying ways to improve workflow and offer recommendations and support for the team
• Perform complex administrative, and operational support tasks

• 4+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• 1+ years of Treasury Management experience in Service, Implementation or equivalent
• Demonstrate a strong focus on risk mitigation, attention to detail, and ability to follow documented procedures
• Advanced Microsoft Office, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Exercise independent judgement and critical thinking skills to manage time, prioritize, and delegate tasks in a complex, fast-paced environment
• Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers, peers and partners
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment
• Advanced organizational skills

• This position is a hybrid work model. Must be willing to work out of the Chandler, AZ, Salt Lake City, UT, or Dallas, TX office approximately 3 days a week
