About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Commercial Mortgage Loan Administration Specialist within Corporate and Investment Banking Lending Operations (CIBLO). This role will support Commercial Mortgage Servicing (CMS) across the platform. The Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end servicing of commercial mortgage loans, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of operational processes. In this role, you will:
- Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within the Transactions and Processing area and contribute to large scale planning related to deliverables
- Review and analyze moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet loan requests area, projects, process deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the Transaction and Processing policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals, lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced staff
- Work closely with both origination, portfolio managers and asset managers in post-closing activities and during the life of the loan
- 4+ years of Transactions and Processing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of commercial loan administration experience
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience with Strategy Wholesale
- Aptitude for navigating mainframe applications
- Strong understanding and demonstrated knowledge of loan structures, servicing requirements and commercial banking regulatory requirements
- Ability to work independently and/or as a member of a high-performance team against aggressive deadlines
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Proven analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Ability to provide strong customer service and to develop customer relationships
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work hybrid schedule
- Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening
