About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to join the Strategy and Business Development Team within the Managed Services Solution (MSS) group. This role serves as a strategic advisor and execution partner, driving initiatives that align with Information Management Utility (IMU)'s strategic goals and support cross-functional collaboration. In this role, you will:
- Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
- Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
- Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
- Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
- Serve as a trusted advisor to IMU delivery teams, providing strategic insights and consultative support.
- Partner with senior leaders to align MSS services with business needs and priorities.
- Lead the development of business cases to translate strategic concepts into actionable programs-from exploration and design to socialization, approval, and funding
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring quality, delivery, and issue resolution
- Oversee internal and external invoice processing between IMU, third parties, and internal lines of business
- Provide leadership across the full lifecycle of strategic initiatives, including implementation where appropriate
- Identify risks associated with change initiatives and develop mitigation strategies
- Drive process improvements aligned with IMU's strategic goals
- Monitor Stakeholder Engagement & Performance Management
- Collaborate with functional leaders to secure resources, influence outcomes, and ensure alignment with enterprise strategy
- Develop and track performance metrics for programs, services, and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
- Facilitate decision-making and broker agreements across diverse stakeholder groups.

- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience leading large-scale, cross-enterprise programs and change initiatives
- Analytical, strategic thinking, and business consulting skills
- Experience working with enterprise functions in a financial services company such as HR, Technology, Finance, and Shared Services Operations
- Ability to develop and maintain working relationships across major business divisions (e.g., Consumer Lending, Wealth & Investment Management, Commercial Banking)
- Experience working with top-tier management consulting firms
- Experience managing 3rd party vendor relationships
- Executive presence with the ability to manage complexity and influence senior leadership
- Experience communicating complex information clearly and persuasively across all levels
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization and foster collaborative environments
- Exceptional listening, facilitation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple initiatives, and perform under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Advanced verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work on-site at the posted work location
