Senior Business Execution Consultant

Wells Fargo's Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) team is an integrated, forward-looking product organization with end-to-end payments, data, liquidity and associated lending solutions that enable our clients to achieve their business objectives in an evolving digital world.

This position plays a key role in supporting change by creating practical tools, training, and content that make transition smooth for teams

In this role, you will:

• Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
• Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
• Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution
• Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
• Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
• Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
• Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

• 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• Experience with instructional design and e-learning development tools, particularly Articulate
• Proficiency in content design, including structuring information for clarity and usability across digital platforms.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., product managers, instructional designers, and subject matter experts) to ensure content aligns with business goals and user needs.
• Strong ability to translate complex processes into engaging and easy-to-use learning materials and quick reference guides
• Experience developing and maintaining SharePoint content for team collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Solid understanding of Treasury Management products and services, with the ability to incorporate product knowledge into readiness and enablement strategies

• This role requires the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
