About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Administrator for the Exception Monitoring Team within the Information Management Utility. The team is responsible for ensuring that exceptions and requests for data updates are handled according to the procedures and guidelines for the various processes we support. In this role, you will:

  • Lead the execution of the Information Management Escalation team vision across the Information Management Utility Organization
  • Maintain the integrity of the documents imaged into repositories through processing reindex requests, data update and identify accurate account information for documents escalated by business partners
  • Perform operational control
  • Administer programs, projects, or processes specific to the business
  • Perform business operations that are administrative in nature
  • Facilitate efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and escalate concerns related to the assigned operation
  • Provide subject matter knowledge and interpretation of procedures to key business partners
  • Coordinate and monitor implementation and maintenance of processes, procedures, and policies
  • Interact with immediate Strategy and Execution colleagues on operational initiatives
  • Provide support for a variety of diverse support functions for multiple business groups or a specific line of business
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Administrative Support, or, Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 6+ months of Image capture experience
  • Experience in Community Relations, Business Operations, and Quality Assurance
  • Current or prior experience in content delivery work
  • Knowledge and understanding of loan documents, research and review
  • Arrow, Hogan, CRS, and Beta experience
  • Experience with KOFAX image capture process
  • Ability to compile key data and presentations to leadership
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience communicating with senior and executive level leadership
  • Knowledge and understanding of Global Operations policies and procedures
  • Experience in assessing risk, identifying controls and opportunities for improvement across the process map
  • Ability to consolidate, document, and present data in a clear, concise format
  • Ability to build and sustain business partner relationships that help source new business needs
  • Experience in providing statistical analysis and reporting, along with writing or editing procedures, training manuals (technical and operational), and job aids
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Flexibility in a changing work environment
  • Ability to self-manage
  • Ability to be proactive and submitting ideas for process improvements
  • Effectively communicate (verbal and written) with peers/leadership
  • Willing to accept and apply feedback
Job Expectations:
  • This position requires working in office 3 days, 2 days remote - this may change based on business need
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$27.88 - $41.83
