In this role, you will:
- Lead and manage the successful transition of internal and external advisors and teams into the Financial Network (FiNet) channel
- Manage client relationships and participate in initiatives regarding servicing, support and growth
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Maintain and analyze business, operational, or technical assignments that involve research, evaluation, and service
- Exercise independent judgment to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction
- Build and maintain excellent relationships and meet regularly with senior leaders to communicate trends and workable solutions
- Provide recommendations to determine operational needs and exercise independent judgment to manage relationships
- Communicate trends and recommend solutions
- Manage, support and resolve issues to ensure retention, growth and satisfaction
- Manage projects, troubleshoots issues and follow up on operational, technical or client transition issues
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- 4+ years of Business Relationship experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Ability to deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience for internal and external candidates throughout the onboarding process
- Knowledge and understanding of multi-channel platform
- Knowledge and understanding of the independent advisor space
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
- Ability to identify and evaluate trends, isolate root cause, and provide swift/thorough resolution
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
- This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check. Internal transfers are subject to compliance with 17 CFR 240.17f-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA Bylaws, Article III, Section 3, which states that Associated Persons should not be subject to statutory disqualification. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and are required to report certain incidents.
