About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Aligned Finance Analyst (Senior Assistant Vice President). This role will work closely with the GPL Liquidity CFO, supporting management reporting, business analytics and financial guidance to ensure accurate and timely reporting and to help drive growth in the GPL business, with a focus on the wholesale liquidity book (Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking).

Global Payments & Liquidity ("GPL") at Wells Fargo is one of the largest providers of treasury management services and operates across both our Commercial Banking and Corporate and Investment Banking businesses. The GPL business brings together our treasury management and digital business solutions to provide payment solutions, cash and liquidity management and more to Wells Fargo's wholesale banking clients.

  • Collaborate with business and other finance team members to deliver seamless integration of financial reporting and analytics to support business strategies and facilitate business and pricing decisions
  • Create monthly financial performance reports for the GPL liquidity business that compare results to forecast and budget and provide insightful commentary on variances
  • Create in-depth analyses to help support strategic management of the wholesale liquidity portfolios
  • Support budgeting and forecasting for the business by converting product and sales strategy into tangible goals for the business
  • Prepare executive-level materials for monthly business reviews as well as strategic planning and budget reviews
  • Participate in the annual budgeting and strategic planning for the business; create and update financial models and reporting
  • Support analyses and requests from across the CB and CIB line of business Finance teams, GPL Strategy, GPL Product, Corporate Treasury, regulatory relations, and other stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Direct experience in financial analysis, reporting or accounting
  • Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables
  • Experience using Essbase financial reporting platform
  • Experience with PowerBI and/or client profitability systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
  • High level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$100,000.00 - $196,000.00
