About this role:

In this role, you will:

  • Support of the Retail Pricing process.
  • Utilize CORE and follow applicable procedural steps based on reason type to decision or escalate the pricing request.
  • Experience researching and compiling operational data
  • Good reporting skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to independently provide summary of operational data
  • Solid troubleshooting and resolution skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of operations experience demonstrated through work or military experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Mortgage Operations Experience
  • Understanding of mortgage pricing exceptions
  • Mortgage data analytics experience
  • Understanding of mortgage regulations
