In this role, you will:
- Support performance and overall effectiveness of team in performing moderately complex to complex administrative tasks
- Be responsible for compiling information, preparing moderately complex reports, and balancing routine general ledger lines or expense accounts
- Perform complex administrative, transactional, operational, or customer support tasks
- Provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of more experienced level administrative work as well as ongoing ad hoc and project or business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reports
- Assist with selectively referring callers, and answering questions regarding business unit policies and procedures
- Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of administrative procedures to less experienced staff
- Provide administrative supervision and support to managers in the areas of reporting, customer or business documentation
- Interact with immediate Administrative Assistant team, functional area, and internal peers regarding routine administrative tasks
- Support more experienced level leaders with daily administrative tasks and interact with more experienced leaders across the organization

- 4+ years of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Knowledge of Concur or similar expense management and travel systems
- Experience in project/program management
- Proficiency with Office 365 Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Workday, Salesforce, SharePoint and a high aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Proficiency with meeting platform systems Microsoft Teams
- Ability to complete tight deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience in auto industry, banking, or financial services
- A big-picture mindset, not for the sake of completing tasks, but devising long-term high-quality solutions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
- Well organized with a proven ability to prioritize effectively
- Effective and concise communication and interpersonal skills both in-person and virtually
- Proven ability to make independent decisions and pivot between responsibilities
- Identify ways to improve tasks and processes to ensure timely completion, and offer ideas on trends, workflow, and presentation design
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with reporting/manipulating data/trending
- Strong collaboration and partnering skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Shared Risk Platform (SHRP)
- Exposure to Wells Fargo RCSA (Risk and Control Self-Assessment) Platform
- Knowledge and understanding of Enterprise policy, process, and procedures.
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
- Must be able to report to the physical location according to hybrid schedule.
- Candidate must reside within a reasonable commute to location listed in the posting.

- Flexibility to adjust work schedule in accordance with business needs, including outside of normal business hours
