About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Retail Auto Relationship Manager within the Consumer Lending as part of the Wells Fargo Auto Sales. The ART has dealerships in Doylestown, Reading, Souderton, Chester Springs and Ft Washington in Pennsylvania. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .

In this role, you will:

  • Participate in building and maintaining relationships with medium to large and complex and high producing auto dealer accounts within the assigned market territory and identify opportunity for process improvements within the territory
  • Manage auto applications, loan volume and overall stability of credit portfolio of assigned auto dealerships
  • Establish and maintain dealer relationships
  • Terminate non-performing dealers
  • Resolve complex situations and exercise independent judgment while adhering to policies, procedures and compliance requirements
  • Establish and maintain relationships with all levels of internal and external customers, and interface with all level of management, both internal and external partners
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Retail Auto Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Auto sales management and business development territory experience
  • Previous auto finance industry experience
  • Previous experience with auto operations, sales, and/or credit
  • Dealer services or auto finance risk experience
  • Client account relationship development and management experience
  • Experience with Dealer Services systems and platforms
  • Proficient experience with Salesforce
  • Knowledge and understanding of data warehouse analysis
  • Knowledge and Experience of CRS, DEALERTRAK, RouteOne and other Auto Applications
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • Ability to travel Minimum 4 days per week within assigned territory, and may include overnight stay.
  • Ability to provide and work from a home office.
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

  • 100% remote work only available in the following and surrounding areas: Doylestown, Reading, Souderton, Chester Springs and Ft Washington in Pennsylvania. Candidate will need to reside in market of support and is required to be in the field.
