About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Management Senior Manager within Small & Business Banking. This role will be strategic and visionary, leading the definition and execution of product outcomes and strategy. This role is responsible for driving the end-state product vision and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional omni-channel experiences that generate measurable business results and customer value.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop teams of individual contributors for leading product implementation
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for product enhancements and business requirements
  • Determine appropriate strategy and actions of product implementation team to meet moderate to high-risk deliverables
  • Manage capacity, dependency and sequencing of implementation activities across technology releases
  • Collaborate and consult with product managers, analysts and multiple level managers
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of delivering successful omni-channel products with measurable business outcomes.
  • Process, risk and controls experience (e.g., audit, RCSA, testing)
  • Formal program and project leadership experience
