- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership

In this role, you will:
Act as an advisor to leadership to develop or influence applications, network, information security, database, operating systems, or web technologies for highly complex business and technical needs across multiple groups.
Lead the design, architecture, and development of virtual assistant solutions, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals and user experience objectives.
Translate advanced technology experience, an in-depth knowledge of the organizations tactical and strategic business objectives, the enterprise technological environment, the organization structure, and strategic technological opportunities and requirements into technical engineering solutions.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, and UX designers, to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Drive technical innovation and stay abreast of emerging trends to enhance the product's capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.
Mentor and guide a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high-quality deliverables.
Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and enforce coding standards to ensure the highest level of software craftsmanship.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user feedback and iterate on product enhancements, ensuring the virtual assistant delivers an exceptional user experience.
Provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions.
Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership.
Required Qualifications:
15+ years of software development engineering experience
7+ years of Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
7+ years of Proven experience in software development, with a focus on building Cloud applications
5+ years of Strong expertise in Front-end technologies like React or Angular.
5+ years of Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, and experience with relevant frameworks and libraries
5+ years of Solid understanding of cloud technologies, microservices architecture, and API integrations
5+ years of Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and mentor junior engineers.
Basic understanding of relational and non-relational database platforms
Desired Qualifications:
Enterprise scale Cloud implementation experience is a huge plus
Experience in harnessing the power of Cloud to create cutting edge solutions that push the boundaries of innovation.
Demonstrated experience in Agile development, application design, software development, and testing.
Strong understanding of Design Patterns and Best Practices
Experience with adaptive and responsive development techniques
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
Strong technical writing and presentation skills. Strong leadership skills
Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
Taking ownership of software-related problem and working toward finding solutions
Analyzing data to spot potential weaknesses or problems with software.
Working with Project Managers to create plans of action for creating new software.
Overseeing initial software rollouts and updates to ensure smooth implementation.
Supervising Engineers responsible for writing the code for new software and updates.
Training other Engineers on software development or project-related tasks
Assisting with designing, coding and debugging software as needed
Participating in leadership meetings to contribute to corporate strategy.
