Pricing Platform Data Ecosystem Lead

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Capital Management & Pricing Consultant to join the Commercial Bank's Capital Management & Pricing Strategy org within the Business Intelligence team. This is an exciting opportunity to own the implementation of the data, analytics, and reporting ecosystem for our next-gen pricing platform. In this role, you will:

  • Own the build out of the data ecosystem that will underpin the new pricing tool
  • Develop the tactical strategy & lead the implementation of this data ecosystem
  • Design custom reporting prototypes to meet stakeholder reporting needs
  • Strategically engage cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., partners in product, technology, and the lines of business)
  • Lead complex initiatives, including those that are cross-functional, with broad impact within the Capital Management & Pricing team and act as key participant in large-scale planning
  • Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Capital Management & Pricing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Advanced SQL experience. Comfortable working with advanced queries and data manipulation across various relational databases.
  • Proficient Power BI skills in creating dashboards and reports to support business insights and decision-making.
  • Familiar with the financial services space, including basic reporting and operational workflows.
  • Able to interpret profit and loss statements and contribute to discussions around financial performance.

May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentive awards.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$119,000.00 - $224,000.00
