About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Commercial Bank's Capital Management & Pricing Strategy org within the new pricing platform implementation team. This is an exciting opportunity to own the implementation of the data, analytics, and reporting ecosystem for our next-gen pricing platform. In this role, you will:

  • Own the build out of the data ecosystem that will underpin the new pricing tool
  • Develop the tactical strategy & lead the implementation of this data ecosystem
  • Design custom reporting prototypes to meet stakeholder reporting needs
  • Strategically engage cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., partners in product, technology, and the lines of business)

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Advanced SQL experience
  • Proficient Tableau Dashboarding skills
  • Power BI experience.
  • Exposure to the financial services industry preferred
  • Understanding P&L

Salary range is determined by location of the job. May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentive awards.
