About this role:
The Organizational Development and Effectiveness (OD/OE) Team at Wells Fargo is seeking an OD/OE Lead to expand the strategies, practices and programs offered by the Center of Excellence. The OD/OE team is responsible for Executive Coaching, Team Effectiveness, Career management, Skills Strategy, Developmental Assessments and multi-rater assessments.
In this role, you will:
- Lead complex initiatives, designing, and implementing programs within talent development, including those that are cross functional with broad impact and act as key participant in large scale planning for Talent development.
- Create new organizational and talent solutions, enabling HR with tools, templates and technology to support strong employee and team performance.
- Partner with the Talent Client Managers and HR Business Partners to conduct needs assessments and gather feedback on solutions.
- Build and implement end to end team effectiveness, assessment and Executive Coaching practices.
- Play a consultative role in the skill transformation journey within Wells Fargo, including skill based career solutions and career pathing.
- Create and implement new multi-rater assessment tools, in alignment with Wells Fargo's career development strategy.
- Create exec ready presentations and resources and provide ongoing consulting to HR and business leaders regarding OD/OE solutions.
- Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a sound understanding of Talent development policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with Exec level leaders to influence and drive new work

- 5+ years of Talent Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years of Talent development (OD, Assessment, Leadership Effectiveness experience)
- Expertise from a variety of HR disciplines including leadership development, job architecture, Inclusion, Talent development, learning, change management
- Strong storytelling and communication skills
- Expertise in HR consulting
- Master's Degree or PhD in Industrial Psychology/Organizational Development
- Experience in client facing HR roles, solving business problems
- Experience consulting with all levels of leadership to mature and improve team and leader effectiveness
- Significant experience creating exec ready materials with minimal oversight and support
- Proven track record delivering effective presentations to managers and leaders
- Strong ability to influence leaders and manage stakeholders
- Proven ability to effectively create and communicate complex horizontal strategies
- Deep understanding and expertise in developmental assessments
- Position Location Charlotte, NC.
- Position will require onsite presence in a hybrid arrangement
