About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Liquidity Funding Management Analyst to support the firm's liquidity risk oversight and regulatory reporting processes. This role will focus on the development, production, and analysis of key liquidity metrics including the Internal Liquidity Stress Test (ILST), Resolution Liquidity Adequacy and Positioning (RLAP), and Resolution Liquidity Execution Need (RLEN). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of liquidity risk concepts, regulatory expectations, and financial data analysis.
In this role, you will:
- Handle ILST Reporting:
- Support the design and execution of internal liquidity stress testing scenarios.
- Analyze results and identify key drivers of liquidity risk under stress conditions.
- Collaborate with Treasury, Risk, and Finance teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of inputs.

- Assist in the development and maintenance of RLAP and RLEN frameworks in alignment with regulatory guidance.
- Aggregate and analyze legal entity-level liquidity data to assess adequacy and positioning.
- Support resolution planning efforts by providing liquidity insights and documentation.
- Work with large datasets across multiple systems to produce liquidity metrics and dashboards.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting platforms.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- 2+ years of Treasury experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Familiarity with ILST, RLAP, and RLEN frameworks and related regulatory requirements (e.g., FRB, FDIC).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a large financial institution or regulatory environment.
- Knowledge of liquidity regulations such as 5G, LCR, NSFR, and resolution planning.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
