Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant within the Lifecycle Management & Compliance (LMC) team. The CDXO's CI/CD Orchestration organization enables the environment and platform (i.e., the "Enterprise Pipeline") for developers and engineers across the bank to develop, house, integrate, test, and deliver/deploy application code and artifacts while complying with enterprise software development and lifecycle (SDLC) policies and control requirements.
The LMC team is responsible for Vulnerability Management; Audit, Risk & Control; 3rd-Party Product Management; Vendor Management; and Enterprise Compliance for the Enterprise Pipeline. Key responsibilities for this opportunity will include working directly with internal team members, product owners, and external stakeholders to (a) respond to and (b) remediate various compliance-related matters - including, but not limited to, any of the following:
- Ensure that all new security and discretionary vendor product patches/releases are communicated and dispositioned with corresponding Product Owners and in accordance with mandatory policy requirements and timeframes.
- Ensure that all vendor products in the Technology Standards Center (TSC) source of record (SOR) are accurate and current -- including onboarding, dispositioning, and retiring.
- Ensure that the work/deliverables associated with Issues, Corrective Actions (CA's), and Controls -- regardless of RAU ownership -- and associated with audits and internal Risk reviews are known, tracked/measured, and regularly reported.
- Assist with managing and governing the wing-to-wing Policy Exception Management process -- including the creation, monitoring, status reporting, and closure of all IT and Information Cybersecurity (ICS) Policy Exception requests.

- Serve as the primary focal point to respond to and remediate various compliance-related matters.
- Track deliverables until completed, escalating when deliverables are missed.
- Lead complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross-functional businesses and technology teams.
- Work with CI/CD product owners, remediation owners, leadership, and key partners to provide guidance on actions required.
- Act as the liaison between the CI/CD Product Owners and the corresponding CTO Application Support representatives.
- Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives.
- Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to define, develop, and document functional requirements.
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations that require solid understanding of domain and technology applications.
- Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technical solutions for complex business problems.
- Establish controls and processes to prevent, identify, and address risks in the organization.
- Review and analyze metrics and data from monitoring activities.
- Lead project or systems documentation.
- Monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with all accountable and responsible parties.
- Perform other duties as directed.
- 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of experience driving initiatives and deliverables across multiple cross-functional teams and disciplines.
- 2+ years of experience working in an Agile environment using collaboration tools, such as Confluence, SharePoint, and/or Jira.
- 2+ years of risk management experience.
- Experience in Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- General understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) concepts.

- Ability to work outside of regular business hours to occasionally orchestrate BCP-related activities during the evening or weekend if needed.
- Ability to meet Wells Fargo Technology's "in-office" expectations.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
Salary is just one component of Wells Fargo's total rewards package. Depending on the role, a Wells Fargo's employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
$119,000.00 - $187,000.00
