Lead Data Management Analyst
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Data Management Analyst to support the Customer Information Management Product Team's Risk & Controls function. In this position, the Lead Data Management Analyst will support the Data Product team as they stand-up and maintain business processes to effectively manage risk. Representative tasks may include designing and documenting Controls and accompanying business processes, conducting in-line testing to ensure ongoing compliance with controls, and developing and leading strategic large-scale initiatives.

In this role, you will:
- Lead strategy and deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale and require planning and progression, provide effective communication, ongoing risk assessment, and involving all necessary stakeholders
- Partner with CI SMEs and Business Control Management to design effective Controls or to assess controls for gaps or deficiencies and implement improvements where necessary
- Understand control procedure requirements and ensure control procedures and reporting requirements are executed and evidenced in a timely manner
- Act as a Control Owner Delegate for owned controls
- Recommend remediation of process or control gaps that align to management strategy
- Partner with Issue Management partners and stakeholders as needed to ensure adherence to Issue Management timelines and expectations

- 5+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of experience leading and delivering solutions for large-scale, complex and unique challenges
- 4+ years of experience with applying, executing, reviewing controls
- 2+ years of experience with data management policies, interpreting said policies, and understanding the larger impact of these policies
- Banking or Finance Issue Management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$119,000.00 - $206,000.00
