About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Control Management Officer within the Communications Surveillance & Governance (CSG) team to support functions and operations related to controls associated with its Electronic and Digital Communications Program.
In this role, you will:
- Initiative Communication - Assist in executing initiatives by effectively communicating relevant information and outcomes to all levels of the Control Management organization, key Business Group stakeholders, and Enterprise Function partners
- Analytical Support for Projects - Lead support functions for complex and unique initiatives that require strong analytical skills, deep business knowledge, and advanced communication abilities, including proficiency in PowerPoint for impactful presentations
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate and consult with team leaders to implement large-scale, cross-organizational business solutions that align with Control Management's strategic goals
- Independent Quality Delivery - Produce high-quality work with minimal oversight, demonstrating reliability, attention to detail, and accountability in deliverables
- 5+ years of Risk Management or Control Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

- Control Management Expertise - Deep understanding of the control management domain within a large financial institution, including risk mitigation and governance practices
- Change Management Experience - Proven experience with change management processes, including leading and supporting high-priority control initiatives and change programs
- Executive-Level Communication - Skilled in creating executive-ready materials and visuals, especially PowerPoint presentations, that simplify and clarify complex topics
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Ability to partner with internal clients and stakeholders across diverse business units and functions to develop and implement effective strategies in a matrixed environment
- Executive Engagement - Comfortable working directly with executives, senior leaders, and subject matter experts across Wells Fargo to drive initiatives forward
- Clear & Structured Communication - Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with a structured approach to conveying ideas and information
- Analytical Precision - Excellent analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all deliverables
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Ability to work on site per Wells Fargo's standard operating model in one of the listed locations

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$100,000.00 - $163,000.00
