Our Team is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant, HR Operations, who will help deliver HR Operations and Service Delivery key priorities including proactively and effectively managing risk in our processes and delivering efficient and effective operations to support HR, and the company, and make employee/manager work lives better. This position requires both tactical and strategic execution to meet all objectives. In this role, you will:
  • Act as a compliance and control advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery, presentations, and analysis
  • Provide direction and expertise to leadership to implement process and controls around issue management, audit intake and management and complex implementations
  • Engage with all levels of compliance and controls to drive methodology and ongoing SHRP management and closure of corrective actions
  • Manage business resiliency plans and ongoing updates
  • Manage centralized controls and evidence (i.e., shared drives, access management, etc.)
  • Lead control and evidence reviews as needed, review of associated MCRs, etc. Plan and lead ongoing control reviews and refresh
  • Act as the central point of intake for regulatory changes and associated impact and action plans
  • Investigate and propose automation opportunities to streamline issue and control management
  • Drive RCSA management among Talent Operations, reviewing MCR alignment and service map refresh. Oversight of post RCSA work
  • Identify risk gaps, mentor new control professionals, provide guidance to Talent Operations management team, etc.
  • Coach and guide risk and corrective action owners to develop and execute on issues and corrective actions
  • Ensure high quality issue documentation and evidence to demonstrate successful remediation.
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring a solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Demonstrate experience in communicating powerfully and succinctly to senior and executive leaders and simplifying the complex; keen ability to tell the story and gain support needed
  • Drive the monthly business reviews across Talent & Rewards Operations pertaining to risk management and oversight/development of functional metrics and indicators
  • Design and drive problem management process, reporting and process
  • Manage the ongoing staffing plan and efficiency tracking for Talent & Rewards Operations with the senior leader
  • Serve as the centralized intake for requests pertaining to consent orders and audits for Talent & Rewards Operations
  • Evaluate use of GDA support and associated controls and MALL requirements
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience working with risk and controls, issue identification and remediation
  • Experience developing metrics (i.e., KPIs, KRIs) and reporting
  • Experience managing large-scale initiative or programs
  • Experience writing or updating procedure or writing issue summary memos
  • Experience designing process controls or Quality Control/Quality Assurance activities
  • Experience with Six sigma/process improvements/excellence
  • Human Resources (HR) Operations experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility to build and maintain effective working relationships
  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience working in financial services, banking, or in another highly regulated environment
