Lead Business Execution Consultant, Global Treasury Management

About this role:

  • Wells Fargo is seeking a Lea Business Execution Consultant.
  • Covers jobs responsible for developing, implementing, and executing business initiatives and programs, as well as serving as advocates for Wells Fargo's vision and business plans across business groups.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a similar field and project management certification would be a plus.
  • Overall experience of at least 10 years, with 8+ years in one or a combination of the following: Program and Project Management, Implementation, or Strategic Planning roles.
  • With solid background and professional experience on Global Treasury Management operations.
  • Highly proficient with various application in Microsoft suite - including excel, access, word and power point.
  • Has the ability to compile and analyze large set of data and present in effective manner.
  • Experience driving projects which leads to change, especially across business groups.
  • Good to have working experience on reporting, management packs and program management.
  • Experience in working global Banking environment would be beneficial.
  • Ability to engage and build relationship with senior stakeholders in a matrix organization.
  • Inquisitive in nature and has the ability to learn and understand business quickly and connect the dots between multiple initiatives.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of reliability, integrity, and trustworthiness in all areas.
  • Takes ownership and accountability for responsibilities, business outcomes, and for management of risk exposure.
Job Expectations:
  • Applicants must be amenable to work full-time onsite, Five/NEO, BGC, Taguig City, Monday - Friday.
  • Applicants must be amenable to work on flexible work schedule as required by the business.
  • Highly proficient with various application in Microsoft suite - including excel, access, word and power point.
  • Ability to write and create power point presentations
  • Has the ability to compile and analyze large set of data and present in effective manner.
  • Experience in managing projects which leads to change, especially across business groups.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to simplify and present complex topics for easier understanding.
  • Good to have working experience on BI Reporting tools
  • Experience in working GCC Banking environment would be beneficial
  • Ability to engage and build relationship with senior stakeholders in an matrix organization
  • Inquisitive in nature and has the ability to learn and understand business quickly and connect the dots between multiple initiatives.
