About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant in the Enterprise Policy Office (EPO) Business Solutions Team. The EPO Business Solutions Team User Interface Designer is responsible for creating effective, creative solutions for the Policy Governance Platform, supporting websites and email communications.
In this role, you will:
- Lead cross-functional strategy and execution - Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
- Drive initiative accountability and efficiency - Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
- Evaluate strategic effectiveness - Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
- Conduct complex assessments and develop solutions - Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Make decisions in complex business contexts - Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives - Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
- Mentor and lead junior staff - Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
- Consult on experience design initiatives - Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across experience design, such as content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design
- Solve complex, large-scale challenges - Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking
- Advise senior leadership on experience design - Provide expertise to Wells Fargo senior leadership on innovative experience design business solutions
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience with enterprise design tools and standards
- Experience working with Enterprise Policy Office applications
- Design, content design, design programs, design research and strategy experience
- Experience designing using Figma, Wells Fargo Brand Standards, and caring for accessibility requirements
