About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant in Customer Reference Data Operations within the BSA/AML Data Strategy, Execution, and Operations Group of Shared Services.
In this role, you will:
- Act as an advisor to leadership to develop or influence success of programs, project performance and prioritization for planning, communications, and engagements across change management
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring full understanding of project impacts and comprehensive engagement
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale and require planning and progression, financial management, status reporting, effective communication and ongoing risk assessment

institutional knowledge and navigation to anticipate change impacts
- 5+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Extensive project management experience within a large banking/financial services enterprise.
- Extensive experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and demonstrable experience driving progress.
- Experience leading regulatory efforts that require confidentiality, discretion and meeting non-negotiable delivery dates
- Experience working in a fast-paced matrixed operations environment
- Ability to lead large Program teams with a wide range of business stakeholders from across the enterprise
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information to all levels of business stakeholders
- Experience simultaneously leading large-scale programs
- Experience leading highly complex Programs and leading other project managers
- Experience working with business stakeholders to create/modify operational policies, procedures and/or operating models
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to identify, document, track and lead stakeholders through assessment and/or remediation of multiple risks, issues and impediments simultaneously
- Charlotte, NC (CIC location) only.
- Hybrid work model - 3 days in office and 2 days remote or according to current Wells Fargo policy.
