Lead Business Execution Consultant
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Shared Services Operations (SSO) Business Enablement team. The team is responsible for execution of the SSO strategy driving timely and sustainable execution and resolution of high-priority initiatives and all self-, risk-, audit-, and regulatory-identified issues in alignment with the organization's target operating model. This role will be responsible for executing change in a scalable way as the work will directly impact the 6,300 team members of Shared Services Operations and all five Business Groups supported by SSO.
In this role, you will:
Specifically, the SSO Business Enablement Lead will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a methodology to drive consistent execution of corrective actions of in-scope issues and prioritized initiatives specific to the assigned SSO portfolio.
- Establish, or enhance as required, governance routines to drive execution and coordinate representation and input from impacted Business Groups, Control, Technology, Independent Risk Management, Legal and Audit.
- Review issue evidence to confirm readiness for audit validation and facilitate dialogue to confirm scope and commitments addressed are clearly understood by stakeholders.
- Identify best practices within assigned portfolio and share with other colleagues to enhance SSO execution.

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Strategy: ability to run detailed analysis of enterprise-wide processes while also able to visualize and articulate the long-term strategy.
- Process Optimization / Risk Management: create a strong foundation understanding how activities generate risk; distinguish roles & responsibilities across the lines of defense; optimize processes to better serve Shared Services Operations objectives; ability to operate with an enterprise-risk mindset - 8+ years.
- Program & Project Management: strong record of executing operating model changes, understanding complex processes and mitigating risk when executing change across multiple projects - 8+ years.
- Financial Services: understanding of core fundamentals of how large-scale financial institutions operate including an appreciation of varying customer types, products and operating models - 8+ years
- Relationship Management: Ability to partner and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to create an environment of collaboration and challenge across various stakeholders and lines of defense.
- Executive Presentation Skills: Ability to distill large complex topics, data sets, and fact patters and the information into executive level presentations using plain English to deliver key messages effectively.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$119,000.00 - $206,000.00
