In this role, you will:

  • Be a key technical SME and partner with different stakeholders like development teams, architecture, change management, control owners and other cross-functional teams to drive and deliver Enterprise Data and Platforms strategies
  • Support complex and unique initiatives to provide technological solutions and design with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams
  • Review highly complex business problems and provide expertise for business and technology initiatives into executable features and stories
  • Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area
  • Review and potentially execute testing plans, execution and coordination with product and UAT teams
  • Ensure communication and information flow between product and agile teams
  • Review and potentially execute testing plans, execution, and coordination with product and UAT teams
  • Support release change documentation for the application or product area
  • Troubleshoot and triage issues and work closely with production support and product teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution
  • Direct the daily Risk and Control flow of operations, focusing on policies, procedures, and work standards to ensure success; re-engineering and driving continual improvement

  • 4+ years of Systems Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience managing Hogan IDS functional or UAT testing and various elements of the software development lifecycle
  • Have a strong and broad technical background in system & test design, defect remediation, understanding feature / stories, creating functional and non-functional requirements, coordinate testing exercises with external dependencies and upper environments
  • Ability to manage efforts that require integration of multiple technology systems, operations, or processes
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) methodologies, including static/dynamic testing
  • Experience in Agile delivery/methodology/tooling role including feature decomposition and refinement
  • Experience working with offshore teams

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$35.14 - $62.45
