About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Head of Receivables. This leader will define the product outcomes and strategy, and drive towards the end-state vision. Leads and aligns cross-functional teams to create exceptional omni-channel experiences and products with measurable business outcomes and customer benefits. Responsible for key business and customer metrics as well as the related processes and policies, including risk and controls.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and oversee the Receivables Product Management Team within the Global Treasury Management team.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance receivables products and services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market demands.
  • Drive innovation and product development initiatives to meet evolving customer needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide strategic guidance and direction to optimize the performance and profitability of receivables products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, risk management, and technology, to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of receivables product offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures governing treasury banking activities.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of Management experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in treasury banking, with a focus on receivables product management and leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, payment systems, and cash management solutions.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving product innovation, strategic planning, and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop actionable solutions.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Sound decision-making abilities with a focus on risk management and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Pay Range
$207,900.00 - $431,900.00
