In this role, you will:
- Provide leadership, guidance and work direction to peers and colleagues
- Review company policies and procedures to effectively communicate with peers and borrowers and assist in the implementation of collateral control procedures
- Supervise examination activities to ensure conformity with established procedures
- Conduct quality reviews and monitor key performance metrics
- Ensure that financial records represent sound accounting procedures
- Provide leadership, guidance and work direction to peers and colleagues
- Serve as an escalation point in the resolution of client issues
- Assist on complex recurring inspections or financial exams working with more experienced examiners or exam team

- 6+ months of Financial Collateral Examination experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Collateral examination experience
- Strong understanding of Accounting
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Accounting Internships
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent customer service experience
- Able to anticipate and adapt to rapidly changing, growth-oriented environment
- Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to travel up to 30%-50% of the time
- Valid US Passport
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
- Salary ranges for this role are $46,500-$69,700
- May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights or other long-term incentive awards
