Enterprise Customer Delivery & Program Management Director
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Enterprise Customer Delivery & Program Management Director to lead remediation execution & delivery for all BAU efforts; and some critical Article VII work. They will manage a team that will work with business groups, controls organization, 2nd and 3rd line of defense to design and implement BSA/AML remediation processes; partner with stakeholders to lead, develop and monitor key remediation deliverables and milestones; manage program and project managers responsible for ensuring deliverables and milestones are being met, and partner with the leadership team driving Target Operating Model to ensure remediation/uplift efforts are aligned with long term strategies.
They will develop a workflow strategy to migrate all data and processes off of SharePoint sites for the data remediation team. This individual will also lead the Data workstream for the implementation of Fernergo and Quantexa which are enterprise-wide initiatives and directly impact the business and their client base.
In this role, you will:
Operational Readiness Planning
- Define and execute readiness plans that include workforce planning, training, communications, support models, go-live planning, and transition-to-operations protocols.
- Partner with FCO teams to ensure they are fully prepared to adopt new processes, systems, and capabilities.
- Drive risk identification and mitigation strategies related to change adoption, regulatory impact, and service delivery.
- Run day to day operations for all data governance activities
- Serve as a key liaison between executive leadership, program sponsors, business units, and enabling functions (e.g., Legal, Risk, Technology).
- Develop and deliver executive-level updates, briefing materials, and program scorecards to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Facilitate change management plans that support adoption and minimize resistance.

- Ensure seamless integration of new capabilities into business operations with long-term sustainment and value realization in mind.
- Develop and oversee stabilization plans and post-implementation reviews.
- Establish continuous improvement feedback loops to inform future initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional programs from initiation through stabilization, with a strong focus on operational readiness, business continuity, and enterprise alignment.
- Establish and manage program governance structures, steering committees, reporting routines, and stakeholder forums.
- Own and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational success metrics.
- 8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management or leadership experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of management or leadership experience
- 8+ years of experience in program management, operational readiness, strategic transformation, or enterprise change roles.
- Proven track record leading large-scale, cross-functional programs in complex, matrixed environments.
- Experience in industries with regulatory oversight (e.g., banking, insurance, healthcare, public sector) strongly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of operational readiness disciplines including training, process re-engineering, change management, business testing, and service transition.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong financial and risk acumen with ability to assess business impact.
- PMP, PgMP, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus.

- Agile Mindset with Change Management Expertise.
- MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$185,000.00 - $300,000.00
