The Business Execution Consultant plays a key supporting role in the execution of Wave lifecycle activities. Reporting to senior consultants and program leaders, this position is responsible for assisting with stakeholder engagement, operational coordination, risk and issue tracking, and post-migration support. The consultant helps ensure that migration activities are executed efficiently, documentation is maintained, and cross-functional teams are aligned throughout each phase of the project. In this role, you will:
- Assist in Migration Execution: Help coordinate and track migration activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and following up on deliverables
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve team efficiency; share suggestions with senior team members
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, technology, controls, and testing teams to support alignment and resolve day-to-day coordination needs
- Post-Migration Support: Participate in Command Center activities, assist with training logistics, and help document lessons learned and transition plans
- Process Standardization: Contribute to the development and maintenance of standardized templates, checklists, and reporting tools for wave planning and execution
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare status updates, meeting notes, and summary reports for review by senior consultants and leadership
- Risk & Issue Tracking: Maintain logs of risks, issues, and action items; promptly escalate unresolved matters to senior team members
- Support Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with Line of Business (LOB) stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and visibility throughout the project lifecycle

- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment, solve complex problems, and deliver actionable insights in fast-paced, matrixed environments
- Advanced experience consolidating large amounts of project status information to identify key risks, customer impact, financial implications, delays, and issues that may pose material risk
- Advanced organizational and prioritizing skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated experience driving organizational change, developing innovative solutions, and delivering results
- Demonstrated experience driving process efficiency through assessment, large-scale transformation, and implementation of standardized tools and reporting frameworks
- Demonstrated experience in compliance, governance, and risk, including regulatory remediation, audit coordination, operational risk frameworks, and tracking including maintaining logs, with a solid understanding of reporting standards and escalation processes
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and relationship management skills, with a proven ability to influence outcomes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver executive-level presentations in fast-paced, high-demand environments
- Professional presence and integrity in interactions across all levels, with advanced experience coordinating meetings, preparing and delivering verbal and written communications that inform and influence, and project documentation including meeting notes and status reports
- Extensive financial services project management experience leading complex, enterprise-level initiatives, including business and technology migrations, with strong support for post-migration operations and cross-functional coordination in matrixed environments
- Experience supporting call center (contact center) operational processes
- Advanced Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams skills
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
- Adhere to standards outlined with written policy as well as applicable State and Federal regulations
