About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Administrator supporting Asset and Account Settlement within Consumer, Small Business & Banking Operations. For additional information on lines of business, refer to the external careers site at www.wellsfargojobs.com .
In this role, you will:
- Assist with the administration of Strategy and Execution programs, projects, or processes specific to the business
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and provide support to a variety of diverse support functions or operations
- Interact with colleagues of a specific line of business for the purpose of executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives
- Perform moderately complex cross organizational administrative, transactional, and operational tasks including policy or process changes, process improvements, and technology enhancement tasks
- Receive direction from supervisors
- Support in implementation of initiatives related to operations and Business Execution across multiple lines of business

- 2+ years of Administrative Support, or Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Ability to collaborate and execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple initiatives, priorities, and projects
- Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems
- Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of employees including management
- Ability to meet or exceed business goals and objectives
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate risks and opportunities to drive strategic and tactical initiatives
- Advanced experience communicating and presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organization including senior management
- Advanced experience conducting meetings, presentations, and providing status reporting
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing stakeholders
- Advanced organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced process efficiency experience, including process assessment, and recommendations for improvement
- Experience with project methodologies including project delivery and/or project implementation
- Experience with banking or financial services operations processes
- Experience with Wells Fargo Asset and Account Settlement processes and procedures
- Experience with Financial related Unclaimed Property processes and procedures
- Proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Teams) skills
- Experience with Wells Fargo programs, systems, and tools such as: 1OFC (One Official Check), AXCIS (Archive Index Creation and Inquiry Software), Common Recon, FK (Check Register), Hogan, and RE (Relational History East)
- Ability to work additional hours (overtime) based upon business need
- Adhere to standards outlined with written policy as well as applicable State and Federal regulations
